Is your website secure?

We secure our entire site with industry leading SSL encryption.  You can tell if the page is secure by checking the green padlock is in the URL of your browser followed by HTPPS.

The card payments are handled by Stripe – a leading cad payment gateway.  We also secure our site using cloud flair a leading firewall and security filter for some of the largest websites on the web.  Your details are very important to us and we do not store any of your payment details on our servers.

Do you have a wholesale site?

Yes!  But to purchase at wholesale pricing we need to verify your details.  Please use the support page to contact us about setting up a Trade Account.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the USA and Canada.  If you would like delivery outside of these area please click ‘support’ in the menu.

How much is shipping?

We have several prices depending on weight and where you are.  As you checkout it will detail the shipping costs.

Max cost for USA custers is based on weight:

0.5kg = $5

0.5kg – 1kg = $6

1kg – 2kg = $8

2kg+ = $15.90

What is your returns policy?

You can return your unopened and unused goods within 60 days.  Please contact us before shipping it back so we are expecting and aware of the return.

If the goods are faulty then please contact us before returning so we can find the best solution for you.

How quickly will I get my order?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. However, ground transit time vary depending on where you are in the USA.  Once the order has been dispatched your order status will change.  We are based in Northern California ao please allow a few days for it to reach you especially if you are on the East coast of the Untied States or in Canada.

What if an item is showing out of stock?

If an item is out of stock it will have an ‘out of stock’ logo on the image.  However, you can click the ‘Join Waiting list’ button and when it comes back in stock you will be notified.
