I love this item. Whether you call it a pick as I do, or a pokey tool as many crafters do, you’ll be happy that you decided to buy it! It is a substantial tool, not flimsy like the ones many companies sell. You won’t lose this one. I use mine when I am die cutting or embossing. I find it to be a valuable tool with many uses. And of course it is Tonic quality so you’ll have it for many years!
I started scrapbooking in 1996. Years later, I picked this tool up on sale on a whim. I really appreciated the retractable tip. Fast forward to 2010 when I started sewing more and added machine embroidery. I couldn't sew without this tool, best extra set of fingers ever. I've even purchased one for my sewing friend. Thanks.
I never knew how much I needed this tool until I actually got it. I love how easy it is now to remove die cuts from the die. The best thing about this tool, though is that it’s retractable. I no longer have to worry about getting stabbed in the foot if the pick rolls off the table. YAY!

I resisted getting this pick for awhile - always looking for a less expensive way to get a job done. So after the push pin held by a binder clip, pieces of jewelry wire , and safety pins in various twisted forms this pick is a dream to use. Just the right shape, fits nicely in the hand, and the point can be ���put away� so I�۪m not constantly poking myself instead of the paper :).
