Festive Candle Tag Die Set - 4744E

Disappointing

I’m die cutting this tag as well as some of the other Christmas tags, and even though they show a picture of the candle being fully cut out and highlighted, this dye does not even emboss those lines, let alone cut it out. This is true for the present and Christmas cracker tags. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do other than trace the outline of the part that didn’t get cut out then color it in. I was hoping they had some clues on how they got their tag to look like that.
