At Tonic Studios, we take great pride in the products we offer; however, we understand there may be an occasional need to return an item that you purchased from us. We try to make this process simple, requiring just a few steps. Simply follow the detailed instructions below and we will be happy to assist you.

What is the window for returns?
Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date your item was received.
Which items can be returned?
Your return item must be in original, unused condition with original packaging intact. Items that were discovered to be defective or damaged upon opening can be returned without the intact original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items marked Final Sale, gift cards, and downloadable products cannot be returned. Individual bundle components may not be returned individually - we only accept full bundles for return.
How do I start a return?
First, contact us via the Help Center to let us know you would like to return an item. We will assist you with handling your return in the most efficient way - including helping you get a return label.
Shipping costs for a returned item are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. If you are returning a high value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.
Can I exchange my item for something else?
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return it using our returns process and then place a new order.
Can I get a replacement item?
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive something that falls into this category, please contact us via the Help Center immediately with details. We appreciate the chance to make things right!
How do I get refunded for my returned item?
Once your returned item is received, inspected, and verified as meeting all of the return criteria above, we will issue you a refund for that item. Refund amounts will take into account additional discounts taken on the order. If you have earned Gems for an item that has been refunded, those will automatically deduct from your Gem Rewards account.
Your refund will be submitted to your original method of payment, and you will receive a notification email when the refund has fully processed. Please note that it can take up to a week for bank and credit card companies to show your refund in your account.
If your item is deemed ineligible for a refund for any reason, we will reach out and let you know.
Items Purchased at Another Store
Returns for items bought at other retail locations/websites must be handled by the original seller. Please contact the store where the purchase was made for their return policy and procedure.
Note this policy also applies for defective or damaged items purchased outside of tonic-studios.com.
